A perfect weekend Granola (with gluten free and vegan option)

The hardest part of the recipe is probably making sure you have all the ingredients… That’s how easy it is!

Here is the list of what you need:

  • 2.5 cups oats
  • 1 cup chopped nuts
  • 1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
  • 1/4 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1 cup coconut flakes
  • 3 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1/3 cup maple syrup
  • 1 tsp cinnamon powder
  • 1/4 cup flax meal
  • 2 egg whites


Mix all the ingredient except egg whites.

Beat the egg whites until frothy, add them and mix again (that’s how you’ll get the clusters).

Lay on an oven tray (on cooking paper) and bake for 40-45 min at 150°C/300°F.

To make this granola vegan, just replace the egg whites by one of the options you can find here.

Then you just have to enjoy it as you like: on yogurt or a smoothie bowl, with fruits or by itself!
