DAYBREAKER is an early morning dance movement, born in 2013 in NYC, now happening in 17 cities around the world and growing. The concept is to start with a yoga/fitness experience and then (recklessly) dance to the sound of amazing DJs and live performances for 2 hours, before starting your day. But hey, if you’re here for the dance, go ahead, skip yoga and just come to shake your booty!

That’s right, you don’t need to be a night owl anymore to be a party animal and no one there will be looking at you as if you were an alien when they realize you’re having fun without drinking. DAYBREAKER’s claim is clear: “We don’t need alcohol. We don’t need to pretend to be someone else. We come as we are to sweat, dance and connect with ourselves and each other. See you on the dance floor.”

The community in the US is huge, their events are always eagerly awaited and DAYBREAKER is coming to Hong Kong on Saturday, June 10th, in collaboration with the Asia Yoga Conference, in Wan Chai.
